CHINO HILLS HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE

 

The Chino Hills High School Theatre Department offers various levels of theatre courses ranging from Beginning to Advanced in addition to Stagecraft/Technical Theatre courses and Performing Arts Theory.  Many theatre students are members of our Performing Arts Conservatory which offers a rigorous, theatre-based curriculum and provides opportunity for students to tailor their course schedule to focus on the profession of theatre through their studies.

 

The CHHS Theatre department produces full scale productions, one-acts, musicals, and students compete in adjudicated festivals throughout the academic year.

PA THEORIES

Required Semester course for all Performing Arts Conservatory Freshmen

Intro to Theatre or 

Stagecraft I

Elective Courses for the beginning theatre or non- conservatory student.

ADVANCED THEATRE

Audition only course open to both PA Conservatory and non-conservatory students
